Our Products

We sell vintage and industrial lighting products for residential and commercial use, including bars, pubs, restaurants and homes. All products are sourced from suppliers based in the United Kingdom.

Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order — it does not guarantee availability. In the rare event an item is out of stock, we'll contact you immediately and offer a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (British Pounds Sterling) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any change will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 2–5 working days to UK mainland addresses. Delivery is free on all orders. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original condition. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

Your Statutory Rights

As a UK consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods (the statutory cooling-off period). These terms do not affect those statutory rights.

Liability

Braxby is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products beyond the purchase price paid. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
