About Us
Braxby is a UK-based online retailer selling vintage and industrial lighting for bars, pubs, restaurants and homes through trusted UK suppliers.
Orders
When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order — it does not guarantee availability. In the rare event an item is out of stock, we'll contact you immediately and offer a full refund.
Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any change will not affect orders already placed.
Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within 2–5 working days. Delivery is free on all UK mainland orders.
