Do you offer trade discounts?

Yes — if you're fitting out a venue and need larger quantities, get in touch and we'll do our best to look after you. Email hello@braxby.co.uk with your project details.

What bulb fitting do I need?

Each product listing clearly states the bulb fitting required — most of our lights use E27 (large screw) or E14 (small screw) fittings. We also stock a wide range of compatible vintage Edison and LED filament bulbs in our Vintage Bulbs & Fittings collection.

Do your lights come with bulbs?

Most of our lights do not include bulbs unless stated. We recommend pairing them with our Edison filament or LED filament bulbs for the best vintage effect.

Are your lights suitable for UK voltage?

Yes — all lights are fully compatible with UK voltage (240V) and come with UK fittings as standard.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days from UK suppliers. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Is delivery free?

Yes — free UK delivery on all orders. No minimum spend.

What is your returns policy?
