Returns & Refunds:
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery via our Contact page, with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a full refund or replacement, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Change of mind
If you simply change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please note: for change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How to Return
Email us at hello@braxby.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 2 working days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
