At Braxby, we deliver directly to you from UK-based suppliers. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle delivery.

Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days from the date of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a dispatch notification with tracking information once it's on its way.

Delivery Cost

We offer free UK delivery on all orders. No minimum spend, no hidden charges.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to all UK mainland addresses. If you're in a remote area or have a query about delivery to your location, please contact us at hello@braxby.co.uk before placing your order.

How Your Order Is Fulfilled

Braxby works with a network of UK-based lighting suppliers. When you place an order, it is picked and dispatched by the relevant UK supplier and delivered directly to your address. This allows us to offer a wide product range while keeping delivery times short and within the UK.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Multiple Items

If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate parcels as items can be dispatched from different suppliers. You'll receive tracking information for each parcel.

Something Gone Wrong?

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days, or if anything arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@braxby.co.uk with your order number and we'll resolve it promptly.
