As a small business with an annual turnover under the ICO registration threshold, we are exempt from mandatory ICO registration under Schedule 2 of the Data Protection (Charges and Information) Regulations 2018. However, we are fully committed to complying with UK GDPR.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data to process and deliver your orders, send order confirmations and dispatch notifications, respond to your enquiries, send marketing emails (with your consent), and improve our website and product range.

Who We Share Your Data With

We share data only with trusted third parties necessary to run our business:

Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which stores and processes order and customer data (Shopify Inc., privacy policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy)
UK-based suppliers (via Avasam) — your delivery address is shared solely to fulfil your order
Klaviyo — our email marketing platform, used only if you have opted in to marketing
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — we use Meta Pixel for advertising analytics; this is subject to Meta's data policy

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain order and customer data for up to 6 years to comply with UK tax and accounting obligations. If you request deletion of your data and there is no legal reason to retain it, we will action your request within 30 days.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data (where no legal obligation requires us to keep it)
Object to processing based on legitimate interests
